This is my Bourbon Weekend has come and gone, y'all, and we couldn't have had a better time celebrating it together. All y'all that joined us for it made it such a truly special time and we couldn't have asked for much more in any possible way. We were so thankful to capture such a small part of it, though, and at the end of a long Friday, we sat together, saddled up the microphones, and we reviewed the newest batches of Elijah Craig and Larceny Barrel Proof. That's right, y'all, it's taking the world by storm, and we're discussing the impact that the current wave and trend of bourbon hunting videos is having on the bourbon market and community as a whole. From the good to the bad to...well, honestly, there's not really much ugly, is there? It's a pretty wholesome endeavor, when ya break it down. We've got yet another new product coming our way from the illustrious Jim Beam Distillery, folks, and this time around, it's a rye whiskey. This rye is a part of the Overholt line, replicating the mash bill made famous by the Monongahela style in Pennsylvania and eventually acquired along with the Overholt brand by Beam. We also take a look at the available Overholt products on the market in a flight lineup to see how the Monongahela measures up to its siblings. Enjoy.
